Domestic Violence Intervention Treatment (DVIT)

WORKING TOWARDS A BETTER TOMORROW

Welcome to our Domestic Violence Intervention Treatment (DVIT) Program page. We understand that many individuals who come to us may be court-ordered to attend and might not initially believe they need treatment. Our program, certified by the state of Washington, is designed to support you in this journey, regardless of how you arrived here. It is important to note that through our comprehensive assessment process, we may determine that treatment is not recommended for some individuals.
Our DVIT program provides structured group therapy sessions facilitated by our team of four master's-level clinicians. These weekly sessions offer a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can explore the underlying issues and behaviors associated with domestic violence. We aim to foster a supportive community where participants can share experiences, learn from each other, and develop healthier ways to manage anger and emotions. Based on the initial assessment, we will determine if our group therapy sessions are the right fit for you.
The process begins with a thorough assessment to understand your unique situation and needs. This assessment helps us make informed recommendations about your participation in our weekly group therapy sessions. If treatment is recommended, these sessions are designed to provide ongoing support and help you make lasting changes. We believe in creating a safe and constructive environment where you can work towards building healthier relationships and a more positive future.
Enrollment in our DVIT program is straightforward. Whether you are here due to a court order or are seeking help on your own, please use the link on this  to schedule an initial intake and assessment. We are here to answer any questions you may have and guide you through the enrollment process. We are committed to helping you every step of the way and look forward to supporting you on your journey to change.
