Here at DHR, our Foundational Community Supportive Housing and Supported Employment Team is where our clients can receive tailored guidance and assistance to reach stability in their lives.

A huge part of that incorporates our commitment to Person-Centered Care. Empowering people, promoting and supporting well-being and independence, enhancing dignity, and honoring choice are all the frameworks we utilize to bring someone up from where they are and get them to be able to confidently stand on their own two feet with the tools necessary for success.

This program is an amazing resource for those struggling to break down the barriers to a safe and stable life. It is through a contract with Amerigroup that we are able to provide this care for those who have challenges in maintaining what's necessary on their own or finding the right first steps.
