Recovery Navigator Program
WORKING TOWARDS A BETTER TOMORROW
DHR is happy to deliver the Recovery Navigator Program services to Grays Harbor, Pacific, Lewis, Cowlitz, and Wahkiakum Counties. Our program is based on the work that started right here in Washington with the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) program in Seattle.
This program works in correlation with local law enforcement, community partners, and personal referrals to identify and serve people who are at risk of arrest or have already been involved in the criminal legal system for criminal activity. We strive to break the cycle of incarceration for issues that stem from unmanaged behavioral health needs, deep experiences of complex trauma, cognitive disabilities, persistent poverty, and often lifelong experiences of punishment, failure, betrayal, and marginalization.
We here at Destination Hope & Recovery (DHR) are excited to be able to bring this program to our counties and further the ways we impact our communities from the street level and up. Our team of Case Managers and Outreach Coordinators are well trained and educated on the services that we have available through all our community partners and are prepared to provide assistance to address the immediate needs of those we serve and to facilitate their long-term needs with the services they may not be aware are available to them.
